Massage is regulated by each states vet board.
Working in states that DO NOT allow massage not only puts your business at risk, it effects the rest of us.
Doing this gives ALL of us a bad name.
Please follow your state laws. I'd love to make this a life long career, but if no one listens to the vet board, we are all going to be out of a job.

A day in the life:
I will fully admit my barn isnt great. It is years of tenants throwing things together to make it work. One of my biggest issues is the fencing. An insulated wire comes out of the tack room roof, and comes down to the top wire of the fence.
I came out to feed breakfast to find thor chewing on the insulated wire 🤦♀️
Another great ride with Noelle tonight. It was short and sweet but we did some good hill work!

Happy mother's day to all!
On the farm today the bays are enjoying the grass, while the old man and our new addition Annie (derby anthem) decided it was time to go in and take a nap. Momma chicken from the hood is excessively broody and red took a tour of the house after making sure all the horses were getting along in the yard. I took a second from getting the garden ready to sit with the baby birds, and Kaiser is taking a well deserved nap in the sun now that he has decided the bays are safe and happy.

A look into my home life:
I have a large paddock with a glorified run in and 3 AMAZING geldings (and a few hens)
One boy is old and testy, when he breaks my (horrible) fencing, every one is running around.
A VERY polite boarder who respects the rules.
And Thor. Who only breaks the top wire , then steps over the bottom (which contains the other two)
A few days ago I wake up to what sounds like the police BANGING at my front door.
No. It's just Thor. Pawing the porch for his breakfast.

Over the weekend I met with Jennifer, and met her BRAND NEW mare named Ruby.
While ruby needs some more general maintenance to improve her condition, we though it this change was interesting.

Now, I don't do dogs, but I stretched Ky's (my German shephard) hind legs today, and did a little massage on them, he felt so better after, as soon as I let the stretch go this was the reaction.
Massaged my friend Pace yesterday. He loved it so much be was picking up his hind leg to lean more weight into me.
