Golden Brown Sugar Ham Glaze: A Flavorful Glaze for Any Occasion
Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar (packed)
½ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp butter
Directions:

Make the Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Simmer: Let the mixture simmer for 4-5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Stir in the butter until smooth and glossy.
Glaze the Ham: Brush the glaze over a pre-cooked ham, basting every 15-20 minutes during the last 30 minutes of baking.
Serve: Once the ham is fully glazed and caramelized, remove from the oven, slice, and serve with the remaining glaze.
