Well hey there! I’m Minnie, a 1 year old spayed female tuxedo. Rescued from Mississippi, by Dr. Dreewes and her sister!

My roomie Bernie 😻 claims she doesn’t enjoy my affection, but I just know she secretly loves playing with me 🤼‍♀️

The staff at Hometown often have “to-do” boxes to keep them organized with important tasks. GUYS, I HAVE MY OWN IMPORTANT TO-DO BOX with my very own name on it! They even put in a warming mat, it’s like I’m spoiled or something 😉

I like to chit chat about my days helping the doctors research their endoscopy machine, I keep telling them I’m ready to scrub in! Wait, am I doctor now?!

I’ll take my “kill” (toys) back to my den, my ancestors blood is running through my house cat veins!

While I love it here at the hospital, I don’t think I’m meant to stay.. something tells me I need a kid to keep company, listen to a teen girl gossip, snuggle up to a dad bod.. or all of the above 😻 Just tell me I’m pretty and I’m all yours!

Well, if you’re interested in meeting me.. I’ll be here at the hospital Mon-Fri 8am-5pm! Just give a jingle to 509-276-8387 and the humans will set it up!

Hello, it’s Bunny again 🥺

My bestie Maggie Mae was adopted today, I’m so proud of her! But I don’t have friends to play with now..

Dr. Dreewes and staff are working with me to be more accepting of other dogs, but I don’t think I was trained correctly or maybe that one bad experience back in Mississippi makes me scared another dog will hurt me..

This last week, I have been introduced to patients that have come in for their exams! I have gotten so many “good girls” for behaving! Now that I am the last pup in the clinic (Peter is so lucky being fostered!), I’ll get more one on one time for training.

Or maybeee I would be a perfect addition to a family that would prefer one dog, that way I get ALL OF THE LOVE to myself and I could give all of my love to you!

I know what kennel means, and I like to show off with commands, just look at me go!

Hi! I’m Maggie! A 6 month old spayed female ready for adoption 🤞❤️🐾

It’s tough being a puppy in a shelter setting 😞 Thankfully I have these amazing volunteers that take me on walks, they say I’m a really good girl on leash! I also have my friend Bunny 🐶 to show me how to play properly, she is really patient with me.

I have been taught how to sit and return to my kennel when told (the peoples give me irresistible treats EVERY TIME 😋) The staff here at Hometown keeping saying stuff like “she is so smart!” or “she’s going to make training a breeze for her new family!” I LOVE MAKING THE HUMANS HAPPY!!

I get so excited to meet kids, they’re my size! It would be so fun to go play in a backyard or snuggle up to a Disney movie 🍿 I would even share your popcorn! Every tiny human I’ve met makes me feel so loved. The cats at the hospital have taught me to just walk away, sometimes I like to test if they really mean it 🤪 With every dog I’ve met, I really want to be their friend.

I just know there’s a family out there, one I will fit right in with. I’m so easy to love!
