Tonight is his first night at home, and he's curled up in his bed, holding his beloved toy. It’s a toy he's had for years, and it's the only thing that’s familiar to him in this new, strange place. He’s still a bit scared, his eyes wide with uncertainty, but I know he’s slowly starting to realize that this is his safe place now.
He’s not alone anymore. His little stuffed friend, who’s been with him through thick and thin, is here to comfort him. It’s going to take time for him to fully trust, but I can see the tiny signs of peace in his posture. Slowly but surely, he’s finding his place in the world again.

I never thought I’d have a dog — let alone a big pit bull — but here we are 🖤 My husband and I adopted him from a shelter earlier this year, and he’s truly become my best friend. With my husband away for work, it’s just the two of us now. We do everything together, and he’s been such a grounding light for my mental health. I’m so lucky to have him — my sweet boy who rescued me right back. 🐾🖤

🌈 A Final Goodbye 🐾
Today, my dad had to make the hardest decision of his life 💔.
On Sunday, I had the best party filled with love and joy 🎉🐶, but that night I got a fever. Dad never left my side—he made sure I drank water, rested, and felt safe 💧❤️.
By Monday night, I started losing control of my bladder. On Tuesday morning, Dad took me to the hospital, hoping medicine could help 🏥💔. But the tests showed my red blood cells and platelets had dropped dangerously low. This time, the doctors told Dad that I was in pain.
He looked at me with tears in his eyes, and in that moment, he chose love over everything else. He let me go so I wouldn’t suffer anymore 😢💔.
But don’t be sad for me. I don’t hurt anymore ✨🐾. My dad now wears my necklace as a bracelet to keep me close forever. And he promised to save another beagle in my honor 💖.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being my family, for your kindness, and for all the beautiful memories we shared 🌟🐶.
I’ll always be watching over you from above 🌈💖.
