We need a Creative Video Producer & Social Media Growth Specialist
Zone Protects | Decatur, AL | Part-Time | $18-20/hour + Performance Bonuses
We're not looking for someone who just posts on social media. We're looking for someone who makes people STOP SCROLLING.
Someone with a filmmaker's eye, a storyteller's imagination, and exceptional video editing skills.
Can you turn ordinary footage into extraordinary content? Build suspense? Create emotion? Hook viewers in the first three seconds and keep them watching?
If that's your talent, we want to see it.
What You'll Do: Help grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Support social commerce, brand ambassador programs and growth
• Shoot, edit, and produce powerful videos for our growing consumer brands.
• Transform raw footage, testimonials, ambassador content, and other videos into compelling stories.
• Create meaningful content for the Zone Foundation (our non-profit)
What You MUST Bring
• Outstanding video editing skills. Beyond basic cuts, templates, and transitions.
• Creativity, storytelling, powerful hooks, pacing, sound design, and cinematography.
• The ability to recognize great content opportunities and develop original ideas.
• Speed, initiative, independence, and a passion for producing exceptional work.
• Understanding of how content drives authentic followers, engagement, and sales.
We can teach you our products. You must already know how to create exceptional videos.

We're starting at 8–10 hours per week at $18-20/hour, plus performance bonuses for measurable audience growth and ambassador program success.
This winter is an opportunity to prove your talent. Successful performance could lead to expanded hours and responsibilities beginning in spring 2027, depending on business growth.
And we're thinking even bigger.
Our long-term vision includes Zone Studios, a commercial video production operation serving our brands and potentially outside clients.
For the right person, this could become an opportunity to help build—and eventually lead—that business unit.
