❤️🐾 Meet Pupperoni! 🐾❤️

Life before the shelter may not have been very kind to this sweet girl, but somehow, she still has a heart full of love to give. Pupperoni is estimated to be about 5 years old, weighs 51 pounds, and is more than ready to find out what being someone's spoiled, beloved family member feels like!

And yes, she really is named after her favorite treat... Pupperoni! 😂

We can't change the life she had before coming to us, but we sure can hope that the best part of her story is still waiting to be written. A home where she is safe, loved, spoiled, and never has to wonder if she belongs again. ❤️

🎃 DON'T FORGET! Tomorrow is our Halloween Party at the shelter! 🎃

From 12–2 PM, bring the kiddos to trick-or-treat through our adoption rooms, meet some adorable adoptable pets, and maybe even find your new best friend!

We're throwing a HOWL-O-WEEN PARTY, and you're invited!

Our shelter is FULL. Our kennels are FULL. And our furry residents NEED homes! 🧡 We're hoping this Halloween, some of our cats and dogs get the BEST treat of all… a family of their very own!

Bring the kiddos in their costumes and let them trick-or-treat their way through our Halloween-themed adoption rooms! Each room will have sweet treats and even SWEETER faces waiting to meet you!

📣 REMINDER: ADOPTIONS OPEN AT 3 PM TODAY! 🐾

Our shelter will be closed for walk-ins and adoptions until 3 PM today while we host our vaccine clinic.

But with our shelter FULL of amazing pets waiting for their forever homes, we wanted to make sure we could still open our doors for a couple of hours afterward! ❤️

🐶🐱 We’ll be ready to welcome you from 3–5 PM today!

❤️ Meet Angel Wings, a sweet girl who found herself at the shelter through no fault of her own.

Despite being let down by humans in her past, Angel hasn't let that take away her love for people. 🥹 At just 3 years old, this girl has already stolen the hearts of shelter staff and quickly became a staff favorite!

Angel is a happy, laid-back girl weighing just 38 pounds, and she's currently underweight. She deserves a chance to get healthy, feel safe, and finally know what it's like to be truly loved. ❤️

Her favorite things? Short walks in the grass, cuddling up with a big fluffy blanket, and being around her favorite humans. 🐾 We also know she's lived with cats before!

Angel isn't asking for much. Just a soft place to land, a cozy blanket, a full belly, and a family who will never let her down again. 💗

🙏 **Please don't let Angel Wings grow up believing the shelter is all life has to offer.** She deserves a home, a family, and a lifetime of love.

🍅❤️ Meet KETCHUP! ❤️🍅

First of all, can we talk about those adorable forehead wrinkles and that one-ear-up, one-ear-down look?! 😍 Ketchup is one handsome guy!

Estimated to be about a year old, this 58-pound boy came to the shelter as a stray on October 7th. When he first arrived, Ketchup was SO nervous that his warden friend actually had to carry him inside. The loud, unfamiliar shelter was a scary place, and he wasn't sure what to think. 💔

Fast-forward about 20 days, and Ketchup is still a nervous guy, but he's making progress! ❤️ He loves sticking close to his staff friends because they make him feel safe. Since moving up to the adoption floor, he's been doing better and starting to meet new people. Every little step forward is a big deal for this sweet boy!

Ketchup needs a family willing to be patient, give him time to settle in, and show him that the world isn't such a scary place. He has so much potential to blossom when he feels safe and loved.

Ketchup doesn't need someone to expect perfection on day one. He needs someone willing to give him a chance. Someone who will celebrate the little victories, offer a safe place to land, and help him discover just how good life can be.

🎉 16 HAPPY ENDINGS THIS WEEK! 🐾❤️

This week, 16 of our shelter residents packed their bags (okay, maybe not literally 🤣) and headed off to their new homes!

🐱 9 Fabulous Felines: Bart, Blot, Coco, Harvey, Nerd, Pickle, Silvia, Tito, and Two-Tone!

🐶 6 Lucky Pups: Alarm, Biscotti, Dolan, Lil Bow Wow, Pawstrami Pupwich, and Zen!

🐔 And ONE very lucky chicken! Alcatraz has officially flown the coop and found herself a barn home! 😂

While we don't have adoption photos to share this week, we couldn't let these 16 happy endings go uncelebrated!

A HUGE thank you to every adopter who opened their heart and home to a shelter animal. Every adoption means one more animal gets their happily ever after AND another shelter pet gets a chance at theirs. ❤️

Here's to 16 fresh starts, 16 happy endings, and hopefully MANY more to come!
