You are welcome to donate at: https://btkleducationanimalrescue.org/donate/ We are a rescue sanctuary for animals ranging from wildlife to farm to domestic. The concept of rehabbing and rehoming to a forever home is important to us. Some animals will remain on site to work with our pet therapy programs for special needs children and adults disabled veterans, terminally ill patients and people expe

riencing emotional stress. Over the last 25 years we have come together with scouts to provide outdoor educational overnight camping facilities to include animal therapy. We provide refuge for animals, veterans, and individuals with special needs or circumstances. These places offer care, support, and a safe environment for those in need. We are reaching out to introduce our group, the services, and programs we will be offering, and to solicit your support. This week, our comprehensive rescue operation included a sweet older female. Following a late Tuesday arrival from a three-city journey, the animals initially exhibited stress and jitters but have since relaxed and calmed. Some would flee if approached for interaction. We commenced at 7:30 am and have now finalized at 1am.We are still in need of halters and lead ropes.

It has been a long but outstanding day. The barn crew has been working diligently since daylight and continues to make progress. After just two days, they are close to completing the roof and are expected to finish the outer shell within the next day.

The animals are obviously relishing the pasture. It is a poignant moment when you see them trotting, rolling on the ground, and kicking in the air.

I am delighted to welcome these rescued babies to Rush Creek Sanctuary. They were saved from starvation by the collaborative efforts of the HS investor team and the National Livestock Protection Association, and subsequently transferred to RSC for continued healing and recovery. These endearing animals are receiving extensive love and care. They are particularly fond of grooming treatments and treats. During their three-week stay at the quarantine facility, they gained 35 to 40 pounds, yet remain undernourished. This is merely a part of their journey. They arrived late last night following a thorough examination and transportation process, but are adapting well. I offer heartfelt prayers for these innocent creatures to heal completely and find loving homes. I extend my sincerest gratitude to our dear friend Tabitha Webster from John Deere Tractor in Rhome, who generously devoted her time to trailer, load, and assist with their transportation. If anyone is in need of a tractor, skid-steer, or equipment, she is an exceptional contact. We are currently seeking senior feed, cowboy magic grooming spray, biotin horse supplements, alfalfa, stock feed, and any used harnesses, ropes, or feed bowls. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, please refer to the provided link.

We are honored to announce our partnership with the National Livestock Professionals Association and the HS to help rescue starved, abused, and neglected animals. These investigators work tirelessly, day and night, to save lives that would otherwise be forgotten.
Rush Creek Sanctuary is also teaming up with our fellow sanctuary associate, Shishana Barnhill, to acquire, quarantine, and rehabilitate suffering animals in need. She is the best in the business and has incredible passion for them.
We are committed to stepping in before it’s too late.
Our process is

These animals will be transported (with the help of volunteers) starting this week They all have had full medical check-ups, all vaccines, bloodwork, and are cleared with added supplements.
While in quarantine for 3 weeks they have gained an average of 35 pounds per horse!
The 15 horses Rush Creek Sanctuary will be sheltering and putting up for adoption are all ages and gender, and all are friendly, calm, and sweet. One is a stunning Belgian stallion!
All of These horses will be up for adoption!
Later this week, we will be posting individual information packets (with pictures) on each horse.
We will be having an open adoption at the Sanctuary starting at 10am each day the weekend oof January 31 and February 1.
Let’s find all of these rescues a home on day 1!
If you have already spoken to a team member about adopting one of these magnificent horses, text us for an adoption application at: 817-822-9116.
Once your application is reviewed, we can arrange for you to see these horses!
Please open your home and heart to one of these loving babies that deserve a second chance.
We cannot do this alone; and are requesting a minimum, tax deductible donation of for each adoption. 100% of this will go directly to the care of these horses .
If you can’t adopt one of these wonderful horses, please consider a donation to help us recover the costs of their rescue, or for one the much-needed items below.
We are in desperate need of supplies, funding for medical care, hay, and shelter materials. We accept anything used or new that can support their recovery:
• Senior feed
• Salt licks
• Coastal & alfalfa
• Electrolytes
• Harnesses & tack
• Joint supplements
• Round bales
• Materials for lean-tos, cover tops, hay feeders
• used or new round pen panels, and
• T post horse wire.
If just 2,000 of our followers donated $10, it would completely transform our ability to save these and other animals that require rescue from abuse and neglect.
Donation lists will be available on Amazon and Tractor Supply today. Every donation for supplies or financial support is tax deductible.
If you would like to visit our sanctuary and see the work we are doing firsthand, please reach out. We are fighting every day to give these angels the future they deserve.
Thank you for helping us save the lives of these wonderful animals!
