We loved seeing our live trays of microgreens on display! Huge thanks to Chef Mason James at the Renaissance Hotel Dallas for showcasing them so beautifully—and for crafting the stunning wooden box that highlights our micros so perfectly.

Our live trays don’t just look great—they last longer than harvested microgreens and make the perfect garnish or decorative touch for any dish.

Another busy week—completely sold out! Spring is our busiest season, even if Texas weather has other ideas. Between the rain, lightning, thunder, hail, and tornado warnings, we’re incredibly grateful for all the support from our amazing chefs.
Farming is not easy, but as a chef turned modern farmer, I’ve gained an undeniable appreciation for the hard work and resilience it takes to grow food.
