Humanity before vanity is one of our biggest phrases here. We will not put your pups through vigorous dematting ( which is extremely painful/ torturous) for the sake of a haircut. It is just hair and will grow back. Dematting causes extreme stress and discomfort if the matting is severe. That is why we try so hard to educate about proper home maintenance in between grooms. If it is too difficult to keep your baby brushed in between, opting for a shorter clip will keep them from matting before their next groom. :) We love your babies and only want what is best for them.

If you are a regular client that comes frequently, you probably are already aware of and have met the 3 bottle babies that were bestowed upon us when they were just under 2 weeks old. If not, let me introduce you to little miss Pineapple. (we call her Piney).
Miss Piney and her siblings were born on March 17th. Unfortunately, when the pups were a week old, their mom was accidentally let out of her owner’s house and she was hit by a car. There were 9 puppies, and the owner was unable to take on all for bottle feeding. She was able to keep 3, our friend took on 3 ,and we took on 3.
If we could keep all 3,we honestly would. It was rough in the beginning, getting the pups to accept the bottle wasn’t easy at first. Piney in particular struggled the first few days and gave us quite the scare. But soon enough they were all VERY good eaters and thriving on the bottle.
Lots of tears, all the love, and very little sleep went into these babies. It was well worth it though. These babies are BRILLIANT. Especially little Piney. She also has always been a day ahead of her siblings. She opened her eyes first, gave kisses first, and learned to use a puppy pad first. (Obviously at this age, there are some accidents.. But we have never seen puppies this young pickup pad training so quickly!) They also already know what “Are you hungry??” means as well as a couple other phrases they seem to be picking up on .

It is going to be extremely hard to place Piney. She has so much personality and she is so clever (sometimes to her detriment.. gotta keep an eye on her,if there is something she shouldn’t get into..that is exactly where she is headed!) She LOVES really hard already and expects you to let her follow you around while you . She deserves the very best home. Somewhere she will be loved the way she is going to love someone. Because this girl is going to be stuck to whoever adopts her like glue.
We don’t know what all breeds she is yet. We are currently waiting on the embark test results to come back. We wanted to find out exactly what mix they are so we can place them with appropriate homes based on energy level and such. But it should be soon we find out. We do know she will be medium/large when grown.
Along with pictures of little Piney, there is a questionnaire in the pics and we will also leave a comment with the same questionnaire below.
Please be patient with responses, as we are often busy and this being a business page, we do have a lot of incoming messages . But if you have an interest in adopting Piney, shoot us a message here with answers to the questionnaire or any questions you may have about her.
She will be 8 weeks this upcoming Monday. We won’t be in a rush to find her a home. We want the PERFECT match for her. She deserves nothing less than the absolute BEST forever home.

It's just sooo boring being the groomers puppy. She has to find ways to entertain herself while also simultaneously bothering the heck out of her sister. 🤣

Wanted to do a quick update and thank everyone that shared,our car has been located! It is seemingly unharmed! We will be able to retrieve it tomorrow,hopefully!
We also would like to give a special thank you to Melanie Martin Stover for lending us a vehicle in the meantime. We will forever be grateful you trusted us to borrow the truck the past few days. 💗

✨️UPDATE! CAR HAS BEEN LOCATED!✨️

‼️STOLEN VEHICLE ‼️
️Unfortunately sometime between 8 or so last night and 6am,someone stole our vehicle directly from Groomingdales parking lot. As our boarding clients know,we stay the night with our boarding clients,so..of course,our vehicle was parked in front.
According to police, it is possible to copy key fobs for cars VERY easily(if you have a keyless car and use a fob,definitely be aware of this!)

Please,if anyone sees a silver Mitsubishi Outlander sport with a luck dragon sticker on the back window.. that is our car. We are a small family business, and as a lot of our clients know..we all share that car. It is our only vehicle.
Please report if you see that Outlander with the luck dragon sticker.

You'd never guess by this picture.. that the first time we met Mr. Toby ,I wasn't allowed to touch his face. No eye trimming and no brushing it!
He still is not fond of a lot of the grooming process,and he has no issues telling us so.. but I am super proud of how far he has come.. and just look at that sweet face. 🩷
