Meet an Atlanta staple: Lemon Pepper🍗 She only has wings when she's dressing up for Halloween, but that doesn't mean she's ordinary. Lemon Pepper is a fun-loving, energetic pup with a big personality.

This smart girl loves playing with balls and squeaky toys, enjoying tasty treats, and snuggling up on the couch after a busy day. She's incredibly intelligent, and picks up on training quickly. She's currently working on basic commands like sit and stay, and she's totally crushing it. She seems to do well around other dogs, cats, and even rabbits! Lemon Pepper would love an active home with someone who can keep up with her energy, provide plenty of playtime, and continue helping her learn and grow.

She's a city-wide favorite for a reason. 🔥 Bring home a perfect helping of Lemon Pepper (because you know it's good with everything). All adoption fees are waived through 10/31, so hurry on down to PAWS Atlanta or visit pawsatlanta.org/dogs to apply.

you’ve heard the rumors about orange cats, 🐈 Riff Raff isn’t here to dispel them. He’s not interested in fighting stereotypes, just having your undivided attention.

Riff Raff loves playtime, tube treats, and attempting to climb your leg so you can hold him and tell him he’s handsome. His hobbies include bird watching and putting his toys in his water bowl.

Riff Raff is a huge fan of people but not at all a fan of other cats. He’d do well with kids and would probably have a blast joining in any and all family game nights (even if he doesn’t understand the rules). We’re not sure about dogs, but we’d be open to helping you through a slow intro process.

All adoptions fees for cats and dogs are covered by Subaru of America through 10/31, so come adopt Riff Raff asap!

Girl Boss Alert ✨ Meet Jigglypuff

Jigglypuff is a complicated lady. Don’t let her gorgeous face and petite cuteness throw you off. She has plenty of attitude in that little body. She likes to play hard to get, first all about the head scratches but quickly deciding she wants her space.

Jigglypuff will always let you know exactly what she wants. She’s the queen and wants to be treated as such. She loves a window bed so she can keep an eye on everything. It’s hard being a girl boss, but Jigglypuff can handle it.

With all her sass, we’d recommend Jigglypuff for a home without young kids. And while she’s coexisted well with the other cats in her room, we think this diva would prefer to be an only pet.

If you’re interested in adopting a beautiful, opinionated kitty, Jigglypuff is your girl. And now through Oct 31, all adoption fees are waived thanks to !

HELP! We are completely out of dog treats at the shelter! We use a ton of treats as rewards for every sit (thanks, Hazy!) and stay and drama-free nod to passing dogs. They are the crunchy-crunch that makes going back to their kennels after a walk a lot more pleasant.

Please donate a box of Milkbones or Milkbone-type treats so we can keep our pups happy. You can find them on our Amazon Wish List or drop them off or have them delivered to PAWS Atlanta at 5287 Covington Highway, Decatur GA 30035.
