I am seeing more and more people online, especially on Morph Market, post available jumping spiders for $100 plus dollars. This is absolutely absurd. If you are paying more than $50 to $55 for a Regius, you're being ripped off. I don't care what locale, what color, or what special meal they can cook in the kitchen, paying this much money for something that may only live for 1 year by the time you get it is insane. People who charge this monstrosity clearly aren't in it for the love of the hobby, it's clearly the love of the green.
Edit to add: People coming at me for exploiting price gouging is laughable. The fact that you can defend something like this says a lot about why you're in this hobby. I posted no names, no business names. You're the one who outted yourself. This was only one example, I don't know this person, I've never talked to this person. It's just a screenshot that was sent to me. I could have picked 900 other ones on morph market that are also exploiting the species to line their pockets.
