My Professional Thoughts..

Dogs are animals we desensitize to a degree. They’re still animals with animal tendencies. people seem to forget this. many owners treat dogs as humans instead of respecting them as what they are “ pack animals”. Dogs shouldn’t be your equal. No they are not humans “little babies” doesnt mean you cant treat them great. Just stop expecting them to live and  accept everything and everyone because you do. Social or non social any dog can bite they have teeth. when animals feels triggered they will do so. These triggers are not always predicted so cant be prevented. Lastly different breeds different personalities, take to situations different. Some more guardy than others. Know your breeds and expect that temp. Genetics are genetics. Animals in general are unpredictable at times regardless of training or breed I’ll leave it at that. Have a great Holiday🫶🏼

We at combat K9 believe Treat training is ok for pups to get them encouraged. However as they become older and better treats shouldn’t be used. When you’re rely on treats for dogs to Listen, it becomes bribery not training. We build our dogs respect and know their position in a pack. We do not train them to listen only when something is in it for them.

UPDATE “2025-2026”
Good afternoon clients and friends. Seems like a post is way over due. We had took some time off due to family emergency and some personal change. On a positive Note we are back up and going. We did make some business changes Listed below.

Boarding only No more traveling to train lf any kind.

Boarding dogs ages 6 months and under only.

Board & Train-obedience Only

Basic Boarding (resort ) for owners traveling and cant bring their dog. No training wil be Provided.
Protection dog training you will will have to come to us no boarding no travel in our end.
