Update - it seems as though our phones are back up and running. Our texting is still unavailable for the time being. We appreciate all your patience as we make this transition! Our genuine hope is that this streamlines communications for all of us as our previous phone system, as some of you are likely aware, was causing quite a few issues.

If you feel as though you're still not getting through, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send us an email at [email protected]. Please include your phone number you called from and the time you tried calling along with what happened once the call connected. We're VERY hopeful the problem is fixed, but definitely need to hear from you if you encounter any issues!

Just a heads up::

We're in process of updating our phone system and will unfortunately have NO TWO WAY TEXTING capabilities (from the clinic number) the remainder of this week into early next week.

There is also a possibility of a VERY SHORT (10 minutes or so) window of no phone service late tomorrow morning (5/22/26) while the update takes place.

We will keep you posted when our texting becomes available again!
