Spring Season Update 🐎🌱
We just want to take a moment to say thank you. This has been the busiest spring season we’ve had so far, and we are incredibly grateful to continue caring for so many of our trusted clients—while also welcoming new ones into our practice.
A huge thank you as well to everyone who has been flexible—waiting, delaying, or rescheduling appointments while we prioritize emergencies. Your understanding truly allows us to provide the best care possible when it matters most.
Right now, we are BOOKED FULL for the next few weeks, and we ask for your help with a few things:
• If you notice your equine partner in crime isn’t quite acting like themselves, don’t hesitate to reach out—the earlier, the better. Early communication allows us to offer guidance, share helpful tips, and work to get your horse seen sooner. The sooner we know something isn’t quite right, the easier it is for us to get your horse seen.
• Adding onto appointments: Our schedule is fully booked from early morning until around 9–10pm each day. While we always try to accommodate as many horses as possible, last-minute add-ons are often not feasible—even if we’re already at your barn. Please plan ahead to coordinate group appointments whenever possible.
• Urgent matters: Please CALL and leave a voicemail. Voicemails are checked between every appointment; while we receive an incredibly high volume of texts/emails daily and responses to those can be delayed.
We are proud to be one of the few equine practices in the area still accepting new clients, and we are committed to maintaining the same level of personalized, high-quality care for everyone. Your cooperation helps us continue to do that.
Lastly, we’re excited to share that we are in the process of expanding our facilities and staff—stay tuned for updates as we grow to better serve you and your horses.
Thank you again for your trust, patience, and support—it truly means everything to us.
