On this lovely Halloween Friday, we wanted to continue honoring black cats, BECAUSE THEY ARE AWESOME!!!
Our veterinary assistant and groomer extraordinaire, Ellé has three black kitties of her own.
The babies are Billie and Patch Adams. The adult is Zelda.

We have a very special Halloween Pet of the Week post for you this week!
For Halloween we are highlighting black cats (who sometimes have a very undeserved bad reputation), a masked dog doing his best Gene Simmons impression, a "Phantom of the Opera"-esque kitten, and the new sheriff in town!
Our beautiful black cats include Andrew, Toothless, Alfred Bat Cat, and Rascal.
The association of black cats and Halloween dates back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. Over the years, this morphed into a belief that black cats were associated with witches, evil, and satanic cults. We can tell you with absolute certainty, these four gorgeous kitties are nothing but LOVE!
Next up, we have Renegade the St. Bernard puppy who is already about 40 pounds! We don't think he's grown into his tongue yet!!!
Our beautiful partially masked kitten is Sable. She definitely made us think, "Phantom of the Opera!"
Sheriff Buddy stopped in to see us this week, so we could see his new hat. Well, Buddy, that makes it official! You are the Sheriff of Shiloh! We feel really safe with you on the job!

We love sharing our patients with you, and boy, do we have some adorable Pets of the Week this week!
We have two dogs who are the absolute SWEETEST, but opposites in every other way!
First is Atti Flo. She is a Shetland Sheepdog (also known as a Sheltie) and is a beautiful, petite, delicate girl with long flowing hair and an even longer nose.
Next is Diesel. Diesel is pure meatball! He has short hair, a short nose, and muscles you could enter in a body building contest!
Gomez is representing the kitty crew this week. He is quite photogenic with his gorgeous eyes and thick, dark stripes.
We appreciate these three for modeling for us this week, and are so glad they are part of our Shiloh family!
