📢Important Update for Our Grooming Clients 📢
We're so grateful for all your continued support as our house-call grooming business continues to grow!
🐾 Here are some updates to help us serve you better:
🚐We run on a route-based schedule, meaning we
group appointments by area.
🗓️ Clients on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule get priority booking.
‼️ If you skip or delay, we may not be able to get back you until next month (unless we get a cancellation near you).
🕐 Due to being booked 1-2 months ahead, we can’t promise that if you wait to book, we’ll have a spot for you (we can’t get you in with only a weeks notice)
💰Starting September 1st, prices will increase for clients not on a regular 4-8 week rotation. This is for both current and new clients.
🫸 We do have a waitlist, we’re more than happy to add you. Just please note it’s by location not number down the list.
🚨We have very limited openings and due to being available less, our working days are very valuable to both us and our clients.
