Reminders‼️

FIRST-
My cancellation policy is still the same. I’m booking 2-3 months out and send confirmation texts 1-2 days before hand. Please be respectful of that (don’t confirm to cancel the next morning) the 50% cancellation fee will be due before I’m able to add you back on my schedule. Cancelling that last minute also doesn’t allow enough time for clients on the waitlist to be available. Also, for last minute cancellations, I most likely won’t be able to get you back on schedule for those 2ish months out.

SECOND-
The travel fee which started on July 1st, is not optional. I chose to do this instead of going up overall on service pricing. (2+ pet households benefit as each pet isn’t increasing) Again, any client out of my 15 mile radius will have a $20 travel fee in addition to the service fees.

THIRD-
This one is newly added, but wanted to put a refresher out there. Payment is due at time of service. I’ve run in to situations where payments have been 3 days to 3 weeks late, which can mess up my books and again is a lack consideration for my business and time. Any service not paid at time of leaving will result in a $25 late fee in additional to the service fees. Unfortunately, if the charge is refused, I will no longer be able to provide services.

I’ve been very gracious with previous canceled appointments and reschedules.

Since I am now booking 2-3 months out, I can no longer overlook these.
Effective today (May 4, 2026), any reschedules or cancellations of an appointment will have a 50% service fee due at time of cancellation. This will be due before being able to rebook.
