Without a doubt, the hardest part of life is saying the final goodbye. It could be a person, an animal, a plant, or any living being that makes us feel deeply attached. As I write this post, it’s inevitable to feel my chest tighten while tears fall from my eyes. But in reality—isn’t that what life is about? Feeling, energy, and vibration. Isn’t that what keeps our subconscious alive? The power to feel?
Today, I say goodbye to Rufino—Junior’s brother—a memorable member of my pack, a friend, a companion, and a teacher. Another angel now watching us from the sky. With gratitude and love, I will always cherish our memories. Rest in peace.
Don’t forget: all we truly have is now. And if your loved ones are near, don’t forget to show them love and gratitude.
Sometimes, in order to heal, we have to let go of what we can control and find strength in trust—trust that God’s plan is always greater than our own. In every pain, there is purpose.
