Good morning and happy new year!

I hope everyone had a fun and safe new year celebration.

As we begin 2025, I will be refining my routes to ensure a better balance between my home and work life.
To achieve this, I am implementing a few changes and reminders.

Firstly, all dogs on rotation will require a 6-week or less rotation schedule.
If this timeframe does not suit you, please feel free to call or text me to inquire about availability for your pet, although please note that this does not guarantee an appointment.
I understand that scheduled appointment days may not always be convenient, so I will make every effort to accommodate and adjust appointments to suit everyone's needs.
However, after 3 reschedules or skips, you will be considered a new client and will need to call or text for each appointment.

Regarding weekends, I only work on weekends when I have closures throughout the week and need to accommodate my rotating clients.
Please note that I reserve weekends for family time and rest, so please do not rely on consistent weekend appointments.

In terms of pricing, starting March 2025, there will be a $5-10 increase as part of my plan to standardize pricing across all clients, with starting prices ranging from $100 to $175 dependent on breed and size.

Lastly, regarding communication, I understand that clients have varying work schedules. To respect my personal time, my phone is set to 'do not disturb.'
While I appreciate your understanding, please do not expect responses to text messages outside of my designated hours, which are between 7:30 AM and 6 PM. The optimal time to reach me for questions or inquiries is between 2-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
