Hello everyone,
Recently we have been running into a few issues regarding no shows and last minute cancellations and our fees.
Our scheduling system sends out notices when you book your appointment and the day before to confirm your appointment. So if you don’t receive a notification upon booking the appointment, contact us and we will find another way to send you a reminder or a confirmation.

However, we are not responsible for keeping track of your appointments. We have our own schedules to maintain and that doesn’t require us remembering yours. we have had this $20 no-show/cancellation policy for over a year now and unfortunately people are not wanting to pay the fees when they no shows or last minute cancel their appointments.

Our time is just as valuable as yours and it’s hard for us to refill our schedule in a short period of time, we understand emergencies happen and are understanding and are willing to waive fees for certain reasons.

With that being said, if you have a no-show, or last-minute cancellation fee and are not willing to pay it, we will waive it, but you no longer be allowed to re-book an appointment. also if you acquire more than three no-shows in a row you will no longer be allowed to book.

we hope you understand our reasoning behind these fees and policies and while we don’t want to have to do this, we have too. We love you all and can’t wait to see you for your fur babies next grooming appointment.

Hello wonderful clients!! us at Reunion Pet Grooming wanted to give an update to our large dog clients. Starting April 10th we are requiring the breeds listed below to be on a rotation. This is due to the high demand of large dogs. As it states in the picture, we will not be able to accommodate you appropriately if the rotation is not followed.
