This program helps puppies learn that grooming is a safe, positive experience while slowly introducing them to every part of the grooming process!

We understand that life happens, and we always do our best to accommodate our clients. However, grooming appointments are very carefully scheduled throughout the day to ensure every pet receives the time, attention, and care they deserve.

When a client arrives late, it can create delays that affect multiple pets and appointments after yours. For this reason, we have a late arrival policy in place to help keep our schedule running smoothly.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows also have a significant impact. Not only do they leave appointment times that could have been given to another pet in need of grooming, but they also directly affect our groomers’ income and livelihood.

We truly appreciate your understanding, punctuality, and communication. By arriving on time and providing adequate notice when changes are needed, you’re helping us provide the best possible experience for every pet and family we serve.❤️

Moments like these are why we love what we do. Grooming isn’t just about clean coats and cute haircuts. Grooming is about building relationships with the pets we care for. Earning a dog’s trust, seeing their personality shine, and sharing sweet moments like this make every day so special!

We love each pet as if they were our own and are so grateful for the opportunity to care for them. The hugs, tail wags, and happy faces at the end of each appointment are the best part of the job!🥰
