This little girl is still looking for a forever home for the holidays. She is 35 pounds, house broken, good with children and heathy for a nine year old. She is dog reactive, so needs to be in a single dog home. She loves to run and play with her toys. Her former owner was a police officer before he had to surrender Daisy due to health issues. Help make her holiday awesome!

We are happy to say that Radar has been adopted into Cocker Spaniel nirvana! He has three brothers and sisters and his very happy! Thanks to everyone who sent his story!

We are actively seeking adoption applications for Radar and Daisy. We also need foster homes for them between May 15-June 22 if we cannot find them homes. Please email [email protected] if interested.

Radar is a 15 year old cocker spaniel who is happy and likes to be in the yard and sleep in his bed.

Daisy is a 9year old boxer mix ... who thinks she is a lap dog. She is best in single dog homes. She loves to walk.

FOSTER NEEDED Good afternoon everyone, this is Daisy and she is still available for adoption. She’s a wonderful dog with the exception that sometime she doesn’t like other dogs in her space. She loves to play, go for walks, and just sit next to you with her head on your leg. She’s housebroken, and just an overall good the dog. Lucky Paws is looking for a foster for her, as her current foster only has little dogs, and Daisy can get aggressive with them. If you are Interested or able to foster (or adopt!) please contact us! My sister's cause....

This is a heartwarming story about little Belle. Belle was found wandering the streets. Half of her fur is gone, she has had puppies in the past, she has a severe skin and ear infection. And one of her eyes had to be removed because it was also infected. But she is happy! wagging her tail and letting you rub her belly. She is in a warm and quiet foster house today thanks to Lucky Paws and their volunteers! She will be headed to northern VA on Thursday to Paws for Seniors.

Lucky Paws was approached today to foster two dogs while one of their parents fights his last battle with cancer. We are in desperate need of fosters! If you can help or know someone who might be able to foster two larger dogs Please Please reach out!

Daisy is now available for adoption. She is a 9 year old (going on 2!) boxer/terrier mix, who weighs about 35 lbs. she is very sweet but is full of energy. Ideally we are looking to place her in a home where she would be the only “child”. She would need lots of walking and room to run. An application is required for adoption. The best thing about Lucky Paws is that the dogs we help stay in loving homes while their loved one tries to get healthy ... much better than a shelter!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us this weekend despite the snow. We made a small profit from donations and have a large number of milk bones to donate to the local shelter! I’m also adding a cute pst of our foster dog Daisy (who may be lookkng for a home soon)! And Chase (a previously rescued dog).
