I’ve got my Audio equipment figured out: The first live on youtube I did have god awful feedback so only watch that one on mute. I did another 45m today using my audio equipment and sound is crystal clear. I just realized I had to set the videos to public. I cannot get over how big they are! Having to feed Heidi every 45m around the clock so she can maintain. I have not slept YET but my Mom is en route so I can crash. I don’t drink coffee. Been running on adrenaline but I’m so ready to crash right out. I’ll be fine once I have a few hours. This is a very advanced litter. It’s amazing how obvious it is at a week old. Like I said in my live today, whether or not you currently are a dog owner and this is your 2nd, 3rd or 4th dog, Baxter & Bella is a must. It’s so inexpensive for what they offer. Use code LakeRidge25 for 25% off. I also figured out why I can’t get comments during lives. I had settings set for “kid friendly”. I’ll do a quick live in a few minutes if anyone can jump on and try to comment while I’m live i’d appreciate it. Going to let dogs out & give Heidi a snack. There is 1 boy who is going to be quite sizable - he should be the size of Maddy. It would be helpful to know if you have a deposit on this litter whether you have an interest in a bigger dog or a smaller dog. I know most had a preference for a male and I believe one has a preference for a female. You also have the option of opting out of this litter & rolling your deposit to the litter of your choosing. I’m not a stickler about deposits. I care more about each family having the right dog for their family. Ive had many families roll over their deposit for 3-4 years becsuse the timing must he right for each family,
The linebacker of the litter will be about Maddy’s size & is a solid dark chocolate (no white markings at all). He has a blue collar & I call him Jack. Orange boy is Gator & red boy is Chief and they are the same size (each with a white marking on their chest like their dad, Catcher. Their white socks will not stay once adult coat is in around 7 months. Their white marking on their chest will stay. The chocolate roan at the moment (I call him Bean) is the smallest. Olivia is the caramel roan. She will get very very dark - darker than most red dogs. Heidi throws very pigmented puppies that do not fade. Catcher of course comes from my non fading line that ive hecome so well known for. There are 2 others in the USA that produce non fading chocolates. They will continue to get darker as they grow.
If there is a family who wants to pass on this litter and wait for the next available litter, I would need to know ASAP. All 5 will most definitely surpass the size of Heidi. Her last litter surpassed her height/weight at 8 months old. This litter her puppies are bigger than her last litter. If there is a family wanting a dog the size of Heidi or smaller, you may want to wait till the next litter.
Just want to be upfront about their size. Size is NEVER factored based on Mom & Dad. Grandparents, great grandparents & even great great grandparents must be factored in sometimes. On the paternal side Maddy is the grandmother of this litter & Sugar is the great grandmother. Sugar is a large medium but on the borderline of a small standard due to standards behind her. This is where the size is coming from.
Also, may be hard to see on camera but the chocolate roan has chocolate coming through wherever you see white on “Bean”.
