It’s spring time.
We would like to take a moment to remind everyone that we are working as fast as possible. Spring time brings many shave downs and some are not regular grooms and can take a little longer.
We also work with a lot of high anxiety dogs and we want to give each furbaby the same amount of love and patience.
We would like to thank everyone for their patience as we are answering messages and everything as quickly as possible.
With all that being said customers being rude and saying mean things to my employees will not be tolerated. My girls work very very hard for minimal amounts of money. They are here because, like me they care about your furbabies like I do as their own. If you have a complaint please be sure to ask for Frances as cussing, screaming, or backhanded remarks will not be tolerated. If you feel that this is not the shop for you I understand sometimes things work for some and not for others, but no human being deserves to be treated badly for something they have no control over. All us do the best that we can.
