Sometimes it is tricky to take a moment and post something not as happy as a dog celebration. But, here it is.
I said goodbye to my little boy Pluton a few weeks ago, I went back and forth about making a celebration of life cake for him but it broke my heart too much. So we enjoyed that day with plain cake and lots of bacon.
I knew to honor him I wanted a piece by Jackie and to incorporate for-get-me-nots.
When it arrived, there were no words, just ugly crying.
Photo’s don’t really help show the amazing detail and texture so much so that I am able to pet his ears again.
Pluton, you had a traumatic start in life, I am forever grateful you were pulled by a rescue and landed in our home.

Forget me not although I’ve gone-for my memory will always live on🩵
