After much discussion, we have decided to implement a "No Show" fee.

That means if you have a scheduled appointment and fail to show up for it or fail to give us 24 hours notice, the next time you are in the clinic you will have an existing clinic visit charge on your account.

We hope that you all understand that we schedule these appointments and expect to see clients as scheduled. Sometimes this forces "client y" to be given an appointment at a later date when had we known in advance "client x" wasn't going to show up, we could have given "client y" the scheduled time that "client x" had.

We appreciate all of our clients and patients.
