Unfortunately, many consumers don’t learn about product safety problems until they hit the news media, which in some cases can be too late. At Life’s Abundance, we take a different approach to safety. Our products are not available on store shelves because we believe it’s imperative to control them from conception to manufacture, storage and delivery in order to ensure their quality and efficacy. Because we have a direct relationship with each customer, we know the lot number of every product we ship. As a result, our quick response communication can notify customers the same day in case we discover an issue.
Freshness
Because of the complexity involved in retail distribution, many leading pet food brands can take months and months between when the product is manufactured to when it gets to the end consumer. At Life’s Abundance, we produce small batches every week, which helps guarantee freshness. The food not only tastes better, it retains its full nutritional potency, too!

Customer Service
At Life’s Abundance, we provide a high level of customer service. Our friendly and professional Customer Care Advocates answer every call with no automated maze of telephone menu options. We also reply to every email from Field Reps and their customers with individualized and timely responses. But that’s not all, our Field Reps can email our pet product formulator, Dr. Jane Bicks, with product-related questions or participate in her monthly question and answer conference calls. And last but not least, 90% of all orders take only 2 days to reach destinations within the continental United States, thanks to our distribution centers in Florida, Connecticut, California, and Illinois.
