Hello there All Fours family! This month marks 8 years in business, so first and foremost I want to THANK YOU for all your support over the years! Steady clientele is what makes a business successful and I'm blessed that not only do I have that, I have the Best clients ever! So Thank you, Thank you, Thank you all!
That being said, this month also marks something unprecedented, a global pandemic. There are a few things I would like everyone to be aware of that has upcoming appointments:
* My son and I have self distanced since Thursday evening. We are only seeing immediate family and have stayed at home. No school, baseball, taekwondo, church, kids play places etc. I even cancelled my sons upcoming birthday party until all this blows over. I care about the health of my immediate family, but your health as well.
* I'm asking you to do your part too. If you have any type of cough or fever, please cancel. My son will be juggled to and from grandparents houses so I can work, who are obviously senior citizens.
* As you know, I'm normally happy to come inside your home and chat for a few minutes before or after the groom. I enjoy it! I have no coworkers so I enjoy the conversations! However at this time I will not be entering homes. I will simply take your dog or cat and go straight to the grooming van, then hand them back at the door. If we need to discuss the grooming instructions or any changes to your pet's health I will do so a few feet apart.
* A lot of my customers prefer to pay in cash for various reasons. Money is one of the dirtiest, germ infested objects we come in contact with. For now, if you have the ability to pay electronically, I am set up for Venmo, PayPal, and Facebook pay. This will also limit me going to the bank every day to make cash deposits. (I can make e-deposits of checks).
While some believe these measures are possibly overkill, I assure you it is for your health and well being just as much as mine. I plan on staying up and running during this time and I believe these precautions are crucial to All Fours staying up and running. If I were to show any symptoms, I would self quarantine for 14 days obviously. But like most small businesses and self-employed, if I don't work I don't get paid. That being said, the health of my family, friends, and clients is the most important thing at this unprecedented time. If you have and questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. Unless you hear from me, I will be at all scheduled appointments.
Thank you all and stay well!
❤, Missa
