The Siamese of today is medium sized, svelte, refined with long tapering lines, very lithe but muscular. Description of the Mixed Breed Cat
Mixed breed cats, depending on the distance of the breed from which they are descended, may closely resemble the original breed, e.g., a 1/2 Abyssinian, 1/2 DSH (Domestic Shorthair) may closely resemble a "purebred" Aby. However, a fourth generation Abyssinian mix may have lost the resemblance to a purebred Aby, except for, perhaps, its distinctive coat "ticking" and color.

While your Persian cats were both indoor and outdoor when they first came to live with you, they can be trained to stay indoors. First, you need to provide them with enough litter boxes inside the house, and train them to use them. The rule of thumb is one box per cat, plus one extra.
