We've had the honor of working with courageous Molly and many of the sweet souls rescued by this wonderful organization. Please keep them in mind on North Texas Giving Day! ๐พ๐

When Molly was found last week, she had already endured more suffering than any dog should ever know.
Just four years old, her body told a tragic story. It was clear she had recently had puppies, but with a severe uterine infection, she could no longer be bred. So instead of getting care, Molly was likely discarded, abandoned to die in the most brutal way.
Her frail body was covered in maggots, burrowed into her skin. She had large, horrific wounds across her head and back. The veterinarians confirmed these were not from an animal attack โ meaning Molly may have endured a savage beating before she was dumped. She was underweight, dehydrated, heartworm positive, and gravely ill from infection.
Without emergency surgery, the vets told us Molly had less than 48 hours to live.
We could not turn away.
Molly underwent emergency surgery. Every parasite was painstakingly removed, her infection-ridden uterus taken out, her wounds flushed clean. For days, she lay weak, unable to lift her head, fed only through a tube. And then โ a small miracle. She ate on her own and took a few tentative steps. Today, she is safe in a foster home, beginning the long journey of healing.
Mollyโs fight is far from over. She still faces heartworm treatment, nutritional care, and weeks of recovery. But she has a chance โbecause people like you care enough to give.
Mollyโs suffering should never have happened. But her survival proves that with compassion and action, we can rewrite even the darkest stories.
This North Texas Giving Day, your gift will help us save more dogs like Molly โ the ones others gave up on, the ones who need us most when they are broken, suffering, and forgotten.
Please, make your life-saving gift today. Mollyโs second chance, and so many others, depend on it.
