The news reports and social media posts from the flooding in the Texas Hill Country are heartbreaking. This is a special place for Texans and families from around the world who are drawn to its natural beauty and outdoor activities.
We are extremely sad for the families devastated by the flooding; and we honor and support the first responders, community leaders, and volunteers who are helping. Many of you are asking what you can do.
Our friends Roxie and Clint Orms from Kerrville recommend donating to The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, a 501(c)(3) public charity that will direct funds to vetted organizations providing rescue, relief, and recovery efforts as well as flood assistance. WHEN DOES AETA MEET NEXT? The AETA trade show will take place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, Oaks, PA on Wed, Aug 5 and Thursday Aug 6. Please join for a TOWN HALL MEETING on WED AUG 5th after 6 PM to share ideas and discuss future plans for our association
WHO IS DIRECTING AETA? AETA’s Executive Director is Kyle Fernley, who oversees the operations of managing AETA. This includes: strategic planning, accounting, marketing, member services and trade show management. Kyle also serves as a conduit between members of the board and members of AETA.
