🕊️ Fledglings (with feathers) are OK to be on the ground—they’re learning to fly.
🐣 Nestlings (no feathers, closed eyes) need help.
🌬️ After storms, nests may fall. If chicks are uninjured, give the parents time to return.
🩸 Visible injuries or deceased parents? Contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.
