I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of some recent changes regarding our booking procedures.

Effective immediately, all booking and scheduling features on our page have been deactivated. In an effort to streamline our processes and ensure optimal organization, I kindly request that all reservations for boarding, daycare, or drop-in visits be made exclusively through our official website: www.thedogladyinheathllc.com.

Furthermore, I am pleased to announce the introduction of downloadable forms, which are now mandatory for all bookings. Should you encounter any difficulties with printing these forms, please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will gladly provide them for you.

As I prepare for the impending arrival of my little one, simplifying our operations has become a top priority. Your patience and cooperation during this transition are deeply appreciated. 💕🫶🏻

Since it’s been over a year since this info was last posted, I’m reposting as friendly reminders. Also a few new policy changes, effective immediately!

ALL reservations are REQUIRED a deposit of 50% of stay.
Deposit is ONLY REFUNDABLE IF 7 DAY cancellation notice is given as I’ve likely turned others away for your requested dates and need ample time to fill your held spot.

Current pricing information is always available on my website or on my page “services” tab or by just asking. This is the rate you will be charged.

If you will need pickup or dropoff service for your dog this must be purchased in addition to your boarding request on my website. I cannot always guarantee that your desired time will be available, but will do my best to accommodate.

Last day of stay is free IF PICKED UP BY NOON! If picked up after 12:00PM daycare fee is charged @$20 per dog. Remaining balance is due no later than upon completion of services.
Payments are accepted directly on my website, or in person by cash, check or any app payment method.

Pickup / Dropoff hours:
Monday - Saturday 7am-8:00pm.
Sunday 10am-8:00pm.
15 minute grace period is provided.
If you will not be here to pickup by 8:15pm you will need to plan to pickup the following day, during regular business hours.

I am happy to send pics, videos by request. You’re welcome and encouraged to check in on your pup during normal business hours by sending me a text, email or facebook message. My phone automatically goes into silent mode when business hours have ended.

The only item you’ll need to send with your pet is food. I have very limited storage space.
We have all necessary bowls, slow feeders, tall feeders, beds, blankets, toys, treats here.
If you opt to bring these items anyways- IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I am NOT responsible for toys / beds if any damage or loss occurs.

Dogs are allowed to roam freely in my home but I do have kennels here if needed.
You do NOT need to bring one.
If your dog(s) need any medications or supplements, please bring those as well.

Please email a copy of vaccination record to [email protected] - I must have UTD vaccination records for all reservations. Please do not send paper copies or pics via text.
