We have 3 quarters of our personal stock that I would be willing to break up and sell in parts for anyone needing to replenish. Our freezers did not turn off, and I have had a few inquire.

We have the occasional young escapee from quail cages, brooders, or broody hens end up in the yard, despite our best efforts. Our Maremma, Doc Brown, has now brought me small out-of-place birds 4 times... once an adult quail he found in the yard, once a juvenile quail that escaped a brooder, once a day-old chick that fell from the nesting box, and once a juvenile quail that I saw him grab away from being chased across the yard by our miniature dachshund. All were carried in his mouth and completely unharmed; all were deliberately brought and handed to me. All the while he never touches our free-rangers, even the youngest ones (~5 week old chicks).
