Live ants ship Monday–Wednesday only — never later in the week, so your colony never spends a weekend sitting in a carrier warehouse.

During our peak season (spring and summer), the most time that should pass before your order starts its journey to you is 5–7 days. In slower months, fulfillment is typically closer to 2–3 days. Every order is fulfilled by the Wednesday of its shipping window.

You don't need to check in — the moment your shipping label is created, a tracking email is sent to you automatically. (Check your spam folder; they sometimes land there.)
