The best time of the year is finally upon us!!! Summer show season 🤩

🥇Samantha & Smugglers Run came to take blues now and names later by winning every single Long Stirrup Hunter & Equitation class along with champion in both divisions. To watch this pair grow as a team and be more confident within each other is really starting to show. ❤️

🥇Natalie & Tricky Situation joined us for their first show with Pierce Point and this young horse exceeded all of our expectations!! Tricky took home all blue ribbons and even a Champion in the ground poles. This team is gonna go far together!!💙

🥇Isabel & Penny for your thoughts joined us for this horses first ever show and she blew it out of the park! Winning the IHJA hunter AND the Hunt N Go derby!!! Isabel has done a lovely job bringing this horse along and it was so nice to watch their hard work pay off.💕

As always big thank you to our riders, parents and H&H stables for such a lovely weekend.

Is your kiddo new to showing and you want to ensure they are prepared for their first show? Or your teen that’s been showing a few times and you want to sharpen their knowledge on all the ins and outs of being independent at horse shows?

Then sign them up for our horse show clinic day!
Our first session will be only open for our in barn students and no, you don’t have to have your own horse to be a part of this!!! Our second session will be open to outside riders who have their own horse. Stalls available for hauls ins.

Two separate full-day sessions: Saturday, June 6, 2026 OR Saturday, August 1, 2026. 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

This isn't a riding lesson with a ribbon at the end. It's a real show day, ran start to finish, with your rider doing every part of it on their own
— bathing, pre and post showing horse care, walking the course, clean and properly fitting tack and clothing, executing a hunter/jumper round, how to showcase your horse in a flat class and proper after-care. We score every round and break it down together. No ribbons. No guessing. Real growth and understanding.

By the end of the day, your rider will know how to run a show day without anyone holding the reins.

What you'll cover:
— Bathing, grooming, braiding, mane and tail prep
— Tack cleaning, fitting and presentation
— Course walking and ring strategy
— Hunter / jumper round with real feedback and scoring. This will include being warmed up by trainer just like at a horse show. Riders get one flat class, one warm up over fences and 2 over fences rounds for their “division”.
— Icing, liniment, feet packing, medicating and proper leg wrapping
— Group trail ride to close the day

Included:
— Lunch (pizza + drinks)
— Take-home T-shirt or saddle pad
— Personalized feedback on every round

The Pierce Point pony girls had a great show at H&H last weekend!!

🏆Samantha and her pony Toby tried their hand at the jumper ring for the first time and laid down two amazing rounds!! They also took home all blues in the hunter ring all weekend and champion! I am so proud of how this team is progressing in the show ring.

🏆Brinley and her pony Boo got back into the show ring after a year off. They had some amazing rounds in both the jumper and the hunter ring bringing home some blue ribbons!

🏆Audrey and Boo had their second show together and showed so much progress since our last show!! Very proud of how hard Audrey had been working with her new ride!

Claire and Thunderbolt Zeus also laid down smooth rounds winning one of their classes! 😎
Audrey and A Fresh Start tackled their first show together and made us very proud of their hard work! 🤩

We came, we saw and we conquered!!I still cannot find the words to express how proud I am of everyone this past week at the World Equestrian Center. We had so much support from our barn family at this show, it truly made me feel so blessed to have so many great people on our side! Everyone had great rounds progressing more and more each day and I believe that everyone left a better rider than they were at the beginning of the week.

✨Claire Schofield & her horse Thunderbolt Zeus tackled their second show ever and even being at a huge venue they brought home a ribbon out of 20+ horses. Super proud of how hard Claire has been working with this horse, it shows!

✨Brinley & her pony A Fresh Start competed in all three rings, getting better each day and even brought home champion of the Pony equitation! So proud of Brinley and her determination at this show!

✨Olivia Fox & Pierce Points Snail Mail had beautiful rounds and even brought home reserve champion out of a large group in the cross rails!

✨Kathy Lunsfords young horse FN Conundrum had some beautiful and confident rounds for his first real jumper show, I feel so honored to be his pilot!

✨Kathy Lunsford & her mare My Favorite Blonde laid down a flawless round in the jumper ring bringing home a blue ribbon out of almost 30 horses! I love watching these two in the ring

✨Dianne Houk & her horse Double Shot entered back into the ring after 5 years not showing together and by the third day were laying down some beautiful hunter rounds to secure two ribbons out of 30+ horses.

✨Adam Masten & his horse Indigo SS had some beautiful jumper rounds for their first ever away show together!

✨Marci Wingard & Dianne’s horse Double Shot got to get into a flat class together and it was so nice to see these two in action!

✨Sullivan Kolb & Pierce Points Snail Mail secured top placing ribbons in almost every class they stepped into!

✨My personal horse Rocket Man stepped into his first 1m classes and gave me some solid rounds even competing in our first Gamblers Choice! I am so lucky to have this horse as my partner ❤️

To say I am proud is an understatement, none of this would have been possible without Skip Masten and the rest of our team pitching in. Thank you to everyone who made last week possible we cannot wait to go back this month!

It was a beautiful weekend for a horse show!! We had fun, conquered some goals, set new ones and are looking forward to our next outing!!
Zoey & Ellie had their first show together with some successful clean rounds!
Brinley & Boo tried their hand in the jumper ring for the first time and got reserve champion in the Future jumpers!
Audrey and abbey had a fantastic outing with placing in every single class and reserve champion of the 11 & Under equitation!
Lexi & her horse snooze joined us for a day and went clean every round and even moved up a division, taking home a ribbon!
I was so greatful to be given the job of piloting Kathy Lunsfords young horse “Colton” around his first show and he was a rockstar!!
Thank you to all who helped out and made this weekend happen! We are so blessed to have great support to do what we love ❤️
