We are a small, family owned Labrador Retriever breeder in Southeast South Dakota dedicated to producing the highest standard of well-rounded pointing labs in the field and at home.

We are excited to announce Missouri River Ohana means family ..."Stitch" (Ryett x Crew Spring 2024)

We had a deposit down for a male pup from another breeder, but when Ryett welped these beautiful 8 furbabies, we decided to keep one of her gorgeous girls instead. We started calling this pup Stitch from the beginning because of her eventful arrival into the world. First time momma got a lil too close to this pups belly when chewing the cord, so Mike and I had to pinch her umbilicus to prevent blood loss until we could get her to the vet to give her a couple stitches to stop the bleeding--- so she became "Stitch" 💕

Some of the neighbor's granddaughters came over to play with the pups during their first outing today! So excited for this beautiful litter 🐾💕 they are finally old enough and it's nice enough to let them get some vitamin D and sunshine!

Proud momma doing a great job with her beautiful lil bundles at 2 days old. 8 healthy pups with kick ass pedigree and a momma that proves it in the field and in the house. 2 female and 1 male still available- but based on interest, won't be available much longer! 💕pm us with any serious interest! 🐾

Momma Ryett and her 8 beautiful babies are doing great!!!!! She is not only an amazing first time Mom, she produced the perfect amount with the perfect ratios color/sex! This is one amazing dog!! 💕💕💕

Litter announcement! 4xGMPR High Calibers Atta Boy Crew MH and Missouri Rivers Whiskey Ryett

Litter confirmed by ultrasound today! Black and yellow litter with fox red color possible!

Crew is a very high titled pointing lab and is one of the top stud dogs out there! Crew is producing very talented pups!

Ryett is my personal family hunting dog that sees hundreds of wild birds a year here in South Dakota! Ryett has a beautiful natural point and will hold point for so long I have thought I lost her in the tall CRP grass a few times! She is also a very soft dog in the house with our 3 kids.

This breeding should produce some very nice looking, talented badass wild bird dogs! That are great family dogs. Oh and excel at the highest levels of hunt test!
Crew and Ryetts pedigree together cover about all of the big name dogs in the Apla past!

Baby Breeze taking a break from shop work to play a little fetch!

CPR Missouri River Cool "Breeze" is a female we kept out of Scout and Sarge's first litter. She is a 2 year old clone of her Momma, in both looks and personality....Lady in the home, but a freak in the field! Breeze will be ready to start contributing pups of her own soon and we can't wait to see the lil rockstars she will produce.

CPR Northstars Black Duck River "Scout" is our foundation. Scout is a 55lbs hunting machine that possesses a natural intense point and the ability to cover ground like a champ. As if being the amazing hunting partner she is wasn't enough, she is also the best family dog we could ever have hoped for. She is extremely calm and gentle with our young children at home - laying on her place all day waiting for an invitation to cuddle with them to get her favorite belly rubs. We started breeding Scout 3 years ago and never looked back. She has produced 27 beautiful, intelligent pups and we look forward to her fourth litter due in 3 weeks!

Pike- He is 1 of the 4 yellow male pups from Scout/ Sarge Fall 2021 litter. What every person would really want to train their hunting buddies to do!!
