INTAKE CLOSED UNTIL BILLS PAID 💔
Some good news today! Sebastian’s sodium levels have started to normalize 🎉 he responded so well to treatment and we are so thankful that he wanted to fight!
As with any diabetic cat patient it can take some time to normalize his blood glucose but we are off to a good start and so proud that he chose to live!
We can’t thank you all enough for all the love you have poured Sebastian so far in this journey 🖤 however we still need your help
We have raised $3000 of his so far $8300 invoice creating a total that we owe for all of our bills (our clinics that we bring cats to for vaccines, spay/neuter and emergency) to $24,000 ‼️‼️‼️
We are in way over our heads! We were already working so hard behind the scenes to pay off our bills when this emergency - for one of our cats already in care - hit us on Wednesday, we were not expecting it at all and it came at bad timing, but we promised Sebastian we would do everything in our power to help him 🖤
We really need your help 💗
We have fundraising ideas in the works but those take weeks to organize with our lovely fundraising team. The bills we are facing are now however and at this time we must close intake until ALL of our bills are paid 😭💔 this is something we hate to do but we must pay our bills to make sure we can continue to help cats in need and keep good relationships with our vet partners we rely on 💗
Thank you for reading this far 💗 and thank you so much for your help!!
If you would like to help towards his emergency life saving care we would be very grateful!! please consider sending your donations to [email protected], through PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/OttawaKittenRescueCA...
