The famous, most asked question “when will my dog be ready”

We can give a loose time frame yes, but…the answer is more complicated!

Bottom line- we don’t want your dog there for a second longer than necessary- your pet is taking up kennel space and most likely barking/pooping/peeing.

LONGER explanation…your dog is being loved on, and cared for, each and every second that they are in our care. We are building TRUST with them, making sure everything is above and beyond expectation.

When a groomer rushes, the chance of hurting an animal increases. It stresses them out. It stresses US out.

If you trust us enough to groom your dog, please trust that we will CALL YOU WHEN YOUR DOG IS READY! What we do isnt easy or fast- its time well spent, giving your pet what they need and deserve…love and patience

2025 is here, and we would like to share a few reminders for your upcoming appointments to help make this new year go smoothly!

*No call/no show…we get it, things happen(and we are more than happy to give grace when needed)…but we work by appointment only, and when we have someone not show up to their appointment, we lose money. 50% of the price of the groom will be invoiced to you as a non-refundable deposit in order to book another appointment with us.
We respect your time, please respect ours, as well as our livelihood.

*New clients will be asked at time of scheduling appointment for a 50$ deposit* this goes towards the price of the groom at check out

*We will call you when your pet is ready to go home- grooming takes longer than you may expect, because we are taking our time loving on your pet, making sure they are comfortable, and are giving them the best care possible- this process can’t be rushed*

We adore our clients and in order to keep serving you, we must set these policies in place
