Loving words for KLOEY as shared by her family:
"Yesterday we said goodbye to my beautiful girl, my Kloey bear, and my heart is shattered.
For 20 years, she was so much more than a cat. She was family, my companion, and one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever known.
Kloey had so many little things that made her special. If I asked her for kisses, she would gently put her head up to my mouth to give me one. It was our special way of saying “I love you,” and it’s something I’ll treasure forever. She loved to talk and would chatter away telling us all about her day. The house already feels so quiet without hearing her.
One of my favorite memories is watching her race up the trees in the yard. She was so fast and fearless, and I can still picture her climbing higher before I could even blink. She also loved playing with her stuffed white tiger. she has had it since she was a baby and adored it. She would tackle it, pounce on it, and play with it for quite a while. It was one of her favorite toys. She had a spirit that was full of life, curiosity, and love.
Over the last few weeks, I held onto every purr, every head bump, every cuddle, and every moment she gave me. Even when her body was tired, her love for us never faded. She always wanted to be near me, and even when she was weak and exhausted, she would still come to be by my side.
Thank you, Kloey, for 20 incredible years. Thank you for the kisses, the conversations, the comfort, the laughter, and the unconditional love. Thank you for growing up with me and staying by my side through so much in my life.
I would give anything to hear you talking up a storm one more time or to have you put your head to my lips so I could kiss you one more time.
Run free, my sweet baby. I love you so much. Climb all the trees you want, and I hope you’re up there in heaven with Warf. Know that you will always be loved, always be missed, and never be forgotten.
