For a little dog who has plenty to say about the world around her, long line work is a great opportunity to practice making calmer choices while navigating distractions. She’s working on checking back in, staying responsive, and learning that every person, dog, leaf, and suspicious breeze does not require an immediate announcement. ✨

The added distance gives Lola more opportunities to make decisions on her own while reinforcing the importance of focus and engagement.

Angie is working through door boundaries, learning how to stay calm and wait patiently instead of rushing through the doorway like she’s leading an urgent FBI operation. 🚪🐾

For a young German Shepherd with plenty of enthusiasm and strong opinions about movement, slowing down at thresholds takes focus and consistency. She’s learning how to hold position, stay connected to the handler, and move through the doorway only when invited instead of making the decision herself. 🦮✨

Barley is heading home after three weeks of training with stronger obedience, better impulse control, and a much clearer understanding of how to channel all that Border Collie energy into calmer, more reliable behavior. 🎓🐾

During his Board & Train, Barley worked through structured walking, place, down/stay, recall, leash manners, engagement, and learning how to slow his busy brain down instead of treating every moment like the finals of the Border Collie Olympics. 🦮✨

With his intelligence, drive, and nonstop enthusiasm, consistency and structure were key to helping him build better focus and more thoughtful decision-making in everyday situations.
