Veronica began her journey with us in Customer Service, where her friendly personality and commitment to helping clients quickly made an impact. Through hard work and determination, she expanded her skills and trained to become a Technician Assistant, continuing to grow and serve both our patients and their families with excellence.

Her knowledge, kindness, compassion, and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of our team. Whether she’s supporting our medical staff, comforting a patient, or helping a client, Veronica consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the best care possible.

Glenwood Falls Animal Hospital will be CLOSED on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, as we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Today we celebrate Eric on 16 incredible years with Glenwood Falls Animal Hospital! 🎉

Eric’s dedication, loyalty, and hard work have made such a lasting impact on our hospital, our team, our clients, and our patients. He is always willing to jump in, help wherever needed, and is a true team player. Beyond all he does, he keeps us laughing and helps to create positive memories in the workplace every day.

Glenwood Falls Animal Hospital simply would not be the same without him, and we are so grateful for everything he has contributed over the past 16 years.

Toni is the glue that holds the hospital together day in and day out! We are so thankful that she has dedicated the last 9 years to Glenwood Falls Animal Hospital. Toni is on the front lines daily being an asset to our customer service team as well as a very skilled technician to our patients. Toni assists our doctors and management in so many ways to ensure accuracy and thorough communication. She also works very hard to keep our pharmacies running efficiently. The above is really only the tip of the iceberg of the many tasks which Toni handles each day to make our hospital the best!

Seven years later, Britney is still making us laugh every single day! Please help us congratulate Britney on 7 years of employment with Glenwood Falls Animal Hospital. Our clients absolutely love Britney. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure each client has an amazing experience at our hospital. Britney is great at anticipating the needs of our clients and making sure they have all that is needed to be the best pet parents possible!!

Britney is kind, genuine, and a great listener. Often clients come by just to chat with her! Although she stays hard at work, she always finds time to make the team laugh, tell jokes, lend a hand, and of course play the occasional prank on her teammates.
