FYI A majority of the board voted to let the construction company who is installing solar panels at the wind farm get water from the hydrant on the club grounds. They will pay for the water and club can still use it, and there are some other perks involved for the club.

MAY MEETING scheduled at the Clubhouse on Thursday May 7th. 7 pm. Discussions will include: NSCA ENTRIES, due in May...maybe if you are going & riding for Cut Bank Saddle Club, have them with you at this meeting? Print them off the NSCA web site. www.omoksee.com

The March meeting is scheduled on Thursday March 5th at 7 in the Mall. Agenda includes the Circus, (Cut Bank Chamber is looking for a location for a Circus which I have already emailed to members) Dez said there are no horses nor elephants on their web-site, but they have 'big cats'. O-Mok-See dates/hosts. Local bills, paying the Long-Term Boarding endorsement? 2024 audit report?

Report on Convention. While there was no bid for State at the convention Troy Saddle Tramps submitted a bid later to host State O-Mok-See in Libby. The board voted to accept their bid at the Zoom meeting on March 1.
Stalls will be available for all-very reasonably (no hotwire). Camping also reasonable, though it may be on the asphalt.
The arena is typically VERY GOOD.

Feb meeting is Thursday the 5th in the Mall at 7 pm. Only a few State Recommendations. 2 pages, 1 whole page is new races. Other page has 3 recommendations. It could be a record! AND these were gone over at the January meeting, so we only need to pick the races we want.
Utility Bills, maybe get some dates set, a tidbit to discuss about Insurance.
Dues & Barn Rent for 2026 can be paid, no change from last year.

I did mail Club MSCA dues to MSCA treasurer Chris Ouellette. Did not include $$ for rulebooks or anything else. Will make sure who all need rulebooks and hope to get them prepaid.
