🐾Good Morning🐾

Just a little Friday update!

We have had an increase in calls and customers this past month, Spring is usually our busiest season, so with that we are booking out into May right now!

Please remember we are also only two people trying to bathe, groom, clean messes up, and answer the phone to schedule. So right now we are currently letting majority of phone calls go to voicemail and we return them at the end of the day or next day! (Sometimes we are exhausted and a few days go by, but don't worry we still give the soonest available appointments to whoever called first)

We are choosing quality over quantity in how we schedule to guarantee we can spend time on a dog to make them look their absolute best! We also want to provide grooming services for as long as we can so we are taking this into consideration also to prevent burnout!

Again, this wouldn't be possible without any of you and we greatly appreciate your patience and support! We understand it can be frustrating when you can't get your dog in right away, trust us we are frustrated we can't do that also but we are trying our best! 🐶🧡

Just stopping in to give an update on our current schedule!

Jill was needing some days to catch up on the Mobile so we are out of the shop today, next Wednesday (04/02) and Thursday (04/03)! Also due to Mandi going on vacation next week, Jill will be at the shop by herself on Friday so we are scheduling a lighter day.

This has pushed our available appointments out a couple weeks and we apologize for the inconvenience and are super grateful for the continued support and patience! We look forward to the coming months to get all the pups in and feeling their best for the warmer weather! ☀️🐶

We have some exciting news! We are now hiring for another full time groomer!!

We have tried our best these last couple months and unfortunately we are scheduling further out than we would like and haven't been able to fit some of you in when you were really needing it! The mobile grooming is also staying so busy that two days a week isn't enough to get to you all in a timely manner!

So we have been discussing and doing some planning and we are finally ready to add another groomer to the shop so Jill can add some more grooming days on the mobile!

So if you have grooming experience and are looking for a job please fill out this form and/or bring your resume to the shop! Or if you know someone pass this along!!

We have been busy since we walked in the door today BUT I need to take a moment and wish the PERSON that is the backbone of this shop!! If it wasn’t for her I honestly don’t know where my nerves would be at right now she has saved me is all I can say!!
