Exciting News! Our Self-Serve Farm Stand is Open!

We’re thrilled to announce that our self-serve farm stand is officially open and stocked with fresh eggs! 🥚

📍 Location: North Cu***ng, about 8 min from Matt Towncenter (PM us for the exact address)
⏰ Hours: Open daily – stop by whenever it’s convenient!

Our stand runs on the honor system—just grab what you need and leave payment in the box (or via Venmo, Zelle or Square).

🌾 Welcome to Meadows Family Farm! 🌾 🐄

Hey there! I’m Katie—wife, mama, and the heart behind this little farm we call home. My husband and I, along with our two little ones, are living out our dream of raising Highland cows, chickens, goats, and ducks🦆!

We started this farm not just for ourselves but to create something meaningful—where our kids can grow up connected to the land, where animals are loved, and where we can share fresh, homegrown goodness with our community. That’s why we’re excited to launch our self-serve farm stand, bringing farm-fresh eggs, seasonal veggies, and beautiful blooms straight from our hands to yours!

Our life is a mix of early mornings, muddy boots, and chasing toddlers who “help” with chores—but we wouldn’t trade it for anything. Here, you’ll find a little bit of everything:

Surpriseeee!!

We are so excited about our newest addition, Lulu 🥹💕 she is a 6 week old mini Highland Heifer! She’s a bottle baby so she is extra sweet and lovable! We can’t wait for all of the love she is going to bring into our life 🐮💕

I don’t like to play favorites with my animals, but I wanted to introduce one of my favorite babies and her little boyfriend!

This is Olive 🫒 🥹 She is a spotted mini Jenny donkey! A lot of people don’t know this, but donkeys are great for protecting your livestock! We got Olive to protect our cows because they all stay in the front pasture 24/7! She is always the first one to greet you when you pull in the driveway and loves kisses. We love our little Olive 💕

And her boyfriend is R***r! He is a mini jack donkey. He is a good bit younger than Olive so he has some growing up to do, but they are becoming best buds!

Get excited!! We are less than a week away from Mommy Monday! I am so excited to see everyone and our animals are excited for all the treats! 🐮

I just thought I should introduce myself since we have some new faces! My name is Katie! My husband and I live on the farm with our son. We are new to livestock and all that farming has to offer, but we have hit the ground running and we are loving every second of it!! After we moved in I couldn’t help but notice how much fun my son has out here, and that’s why I’ve decided that events like Mommy Monday’s and mobile petting zoos would be a great way for other kiddos to enjoy all the love from the animals! I can’t wait to expand our list of things that we offer, but I look forward to meeting lots of you on March 4th! 💕

Alright guys here goes nothing!

Come join us for our first Mommy Monday March 4th! Come meet some new families and let your kids get their energy out! There will be a coffee cart set up so you can enjoy some coffee while the kiddos get to play with the goats 🐐 it will be $25/family and include a cup of treats for the cows so you can feed the mini moo’s through the fence 🐮

If there is a lot of interest I will open more time slots!

A lil update on our new highland:

Today we went to meet our new highland and decided that she was too big for our current herd which consists of young mini’s. With that being said we DID decide on some new additions!

Everyone meet R***r, our mini jack donkey, and our new mini Highbelt heifer (name tbd)! Our boys were VERY excited to meet their new pasture mate 😂 and now our mini Jenny donkey has a little boyfriend too!
