Melissa Theesfeld and her family were involved in a rollover accident around mile marker 315 southbound on I-65 in Cullman, Alabama. Their beloved long-haired Chihuahua, Ellie, went missing after the crash.
Ellie was not found inside the car or along the interstate. First responders believe she may have run off into the nearby field area off the small embankment close to the accident site. The family is heartbroken and desperately searching for her.
If you live near this area or are traveling through, please keep an eye out for Ellie — she's a small, long-haired brown and white Chihuahua (see photos).
