Dear valued clients, I am writing to inform you that I was involved in a horse accident last night, resulting in an injury to my hand. Due to the uncertainty surrounding the severity of this injury, I regret to inform you that I will be unable to fulfill my grooming commitments for the remainder of the week. I have reached out to you all individually as well.

I have scheduled an orthopedic appointment for Monday, although efforts are being made to reschedule it to Friday for a sooner assessment. In the interim, I will be pausing all scheduling until a definitive diagnosis is obtained. I apologize for any inconvenience this unforeseen circumstance may cause and assure you that priority will be given to rescheduling appointments for those clients who were affected by the cancellations.

A list will be maintained of all clients who have reached out to schedule appointments, and they will be accommodated in the order received.
