🐾Whew, I have had a busy summer. They always go by too quickly. Here is some of the babies you have entrusted me to care for.

🎃 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐬 🐶

Ingredients:
- 🫐 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (no added sugar)
- 🎃 1 cup pure pumpkin puree (unsweetened, no added spices)
- 🌾 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 🥣 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 🍯 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 🥚 2 large eggs

Instructions:
1. 🔥 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with non-stick spray.
2. 🫐 If using frozen blueberries, thaw and drain them well.
3. 🎃 In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, and honey (if using). Mix well.
4. 🍚 Add the whole wheat flour and rolled oats to the wet ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
5. 🥗 Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed.
6. 🧑‍🍳 Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
7. 🍪 Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes, or simply cut the dough into squares with a knife.
8. 🥄 Place the cut-out shapes on the prepared baking sheet.
9. ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chews are firm and golden brown.
10. ❄️ Allow the chews to cool on a wire rack completely before serving.

Storage:
📦 Store the chews in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.

Notes:
- 🐾 These chews are made with dog-friendly ingredients, but it's a good idea to check with your vet before introducing new foods to your dog's diet.
- 🎃 Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree without added sugars or spices, which can be harmful to dogs.

Some interesting Vax info.
We have only ever done core vaccines and starting to do titers for distemper in our dogs and cats. Rabies is required by law.
May be more expensive but my furbabies health is worth it.
