Fun fact about dog behavior: when they place a paw on your hand while you are petting them, that is their way of petting you back.
Dog language is truly remarkable, and even though pups can’t speak in words, they communicate in so many ways.
Truth is - dogs are more apt to communicate with humans they they feel can understand what they are conveying. They know dog people!

As a longtime fitness enthusiast, I struggle every January to go to the gym.
Not because I don’t have the motivation. I definitely do. I’m actually a raging beast when I don’t go!
The struggle: it’s PACKED. Like triple the amount of patrons.
The people who made a resolution to work out, be healthy, lose weight, etc.
While I certainly admire their effort to start the year strong, it’s hard for me. I HATE being in crowded places.
From experience, I know by Valentine’s Day, the hype will die down, and once again I’ll see all “regulars” that I’ve seen for years.
It makes me feel somewhat guilty to feel this way. I truly believe it’s wonderful to put your health at the forefront, but at the same time, I know that only a handful of the newbies will be there by June.
As I get older, my aversion to crowds is unfortunately growing. Anyone else feel this way??

I am starting a series here on my page for new content creators and people interested in becoming a content creator!

This idea stems from the ever-changing world of Facebook and Meta, and I’d love to share the things that I’ve learned along the way.

I see many new content creators on some of my FB groups who don’t know where to start and are struggling to figure out what to post, when to post, and how to organically create engaging content!

I’m here to help & invite others to share their knowledge, as well.
