Celebrating Radar’s 4th Gotcha Day with us & 10th Birthday today!!
Radar was about 6 years old when he arrived at Lakeshore PAWS. Easygoing and friendly, Radar quickly became a favorite of staff and volunteers.

He went home for a trial adoption with a few different families and was returned after a day each time. He wanted to eat the cat. Marked in the house. Chased a deer. You also can’t really know a dog after a day. We all knew he deserved a chance because he’s truly the nicest boy.
I took him home after I took him to an adoption event on May 14, 2022. It took some convincing with Jeff, who really wanted a Golden Retriever. Radar wasn’t the dog he wanted. But Radar showed Jeff that he was the dog he needed.
On June 1, 2022, we signed the adoption papers and it’s one of the best decisions we ever made. I really know how to pick a dog 😁 Radar truly has been such a blessing in our lives, and we are so grateful for his gentle and loving presence ❤️❤️
