Considering half on-site leasing my gelding.

Phillip is a 15 year old Quarter Horse. Standing at 16hh and built like a tank.
He can be ridden English, western and ba****ck. Does showmanship.
He has been used for 4h, equestrian team and lessons.
He does have NAVICULAR. Which is maintained through shoes and a supplement.
I have not taken him on trails and prefer him not to be ridden on trails.
He is located in croswell currently.
There is an indoor arena, outdoor arena and a round pen. Heated observation room and bathroom.
Ideally looking for a kid/teen looking to show or a adult who just wants to ride a few times a week.

!MOTIVATED SALE!

Filly is a 9 year old grade QH mare. Green broke w,t. Standing around 15'1-15'2. Has a nice stop and back. Is not ridden in a bit, yet. She has a smooth jog. She does like to play hard to catch but will give up if pastured alone. She is higher middle in the pecking order in a herd. Loads and trailers well. Would be a nice 4h or show project. Owner is looking for a speed horse and thats just not what filly wants. Would recommend an experienced rider as she only green broke walk trot. She is barefoot, utd on coggins. Pm me with any questions you may have.
