Full Physical Exam
Nose to tail check: eyes, ears, mouth, skin, coat, limbs, abdomen, heart & lungs
Checking for lumps, dental issues, pain, or mobility problems
Weight & Body Condition Score
Assessing if your pet is at a healthy weight
Nutritional and exercise guidance if needed
Vaccinations
Core vaccines (rabies, distemper, etc.) and lifestyle-based vaccines (e.g., Bordetella for dogs, feline leukemia for cats)
Parasite Prevention
Review/update flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal parasite preventatives
F***l test may be done to check for worms or other parasites
Dental Health Check
Examining teeth and gums for tartar, gingivitis, or signs of dental disease
Recommendation for cleaning if needed
Blood Work (if recommended)
Screens for organ function, diabetes, infections, and more
Especially important for senior pets or pets on long-term medications
Behavior & Lifestyle Review
Discussion about changes in appetite, energy, behavior, or environment
Tips on enrichment, training, or senior care
Customized Health Plan
Tailored advice for nutrition, activity, dental care, and any ongoing health concerns
